Refund & Returns Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee for returned items.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Selected items from 5 designated collections (as marked on the product pages)
  • Any items purchased during clearance or promotional final sale events

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
